Here is a sampling of services we provide to many clients:

Funeral Homes
We understand the special care your calls require.  Very often a distressed caller who has suffered a sudden loss will need to reach you.  We can answer that call in your name, get the caller’s information (name, telephone number, etc) plus we will ask for the deceased’s name, the caller’s relationship to the deceased, and where the deceased is located.  We will then immediately contact you (or your on-call person) and relay this information.
We also know that many calls are people who just need to know when visiting hours are, or directions to the funeral home.  You simply provide our agent with the details for each funeral, including visiting hours, funeral date and time, location of funeral, cemetery, donations, and any other pertinent information, and we can relay that to your callers.  We can also provide driving directions to your funeral home.  If you have a web page, our agents can check that for updated information and relay that data to your callers. 

Home Nursing and Home Health Care 
Because you deal with both clients and their families, we know the stresses that are placed on you.  Health is not dependent on time of day, so our 24 hour live operators are standing by to help manage your calls.  By having your calls come to us, we get the pertinent information from the caller, including: patient name, location, telephone number, and issue the patient is having.  We then relay this information to your on-call personnel, which can allow them to triage when necessary.  After the message has been dispatched it is queued for redelivery either via fax or email to your office the next business day.  

Property Management
From single apartment buildings to large rental communities to corporate campuses, we have you covered.  Your calls will be answered professionally and we will ask for whatever information you want from your callers.  Even if you have different people who handle different properties we can accommodate you. 
Rental inquiries?  No problem.  We can relay property details on your behalf, or simply take a message and dispatch to your rental agent.

Elevator Monitoring
Imagine being stuck on an elevator.  You press the “call” button and… nothing.  Well, we can answer that call.  Our operators are trained in handling the special circumstances of elevator entrapment.  We will let the caller know there is a live person on the other end of the line and will get help to them immediately.  Even if the person has some sort of emergency after pressing the “call” button (or picking up the handset) , as long as the call gets to us, we can determine the address of the elevator and which car the person is on (if there is more than one elevator in the building).  We will then immediately contact your emergency personnel to get help to that person.

Contractors and Trades
Builders, plumbers, electricians and other contractors find our services greatly enhance their ability to service their customers.  By fielding their calls, we help them streamline their own workflow.  This avoids constant interruptions on their mobile phones while allowing their customers to have a level of communication that inspires confidence that their needs will be met. 
We can hold your messages to be picked up at your convenience or we can send the full text to your messaging device.  

Home Heating Oil & H.V.A.C. Companies
During your busy season, the last thing you need is to be interrupted by a ringing phone.  Let us handle those calls and your people can do their work more efficiently.  By answering your phones and taking detailed messages that are then dispatched to your on-call people, we help streamline your communications and allow your people to do the work they were hired to.  We can send a message to their message device/pager allowing them to handle calls in any order: chronological, urgency or area, to name just a few.  Your business office then receives a copy of all messages either via fax or email so you can follow up, if necessary.
